Returns and Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties (excluding return costs).

1. Send an email to retours@gtentation.com specifying your order number , the item concerned (reference, color, size) and the reason for your return (incompatible size, non-compliant item, etc.).
   
2. We will respond to you within 48 business hours with a return slip and shipping instructions.
   
3. You then have 7 days to return your package via the carrier of your choice (keep the tracking number). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part.
   
4. Upon receipt of the package in our warehouse, we check the condition of the items and their compliance with the return conditions.
   

4. Reimbursement

• full refund of the price of returned items, excluding initial shipping costs .
  
• 14 days from receipt of the validated return.
  

5. Exchange and credit

• exchange an item (size, color), make your request in the same return email: we will then send you a new order form to finalize your exchange (subject to availability).
  
• credit valid for 12 months, usable on the entire site.
  

6. Defective items or error on our part

damaged or not in accordance with your order:

Contact us immediately at returns@gtentation.com and attach photos of the defect.

We will send you a prepaid return voucher.

Upon receipt and verification, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

Underwear, swimwear (after trying on on bare skin)

Sale or promotional items marked as “non-exchangeable/non-refundable”

Personalized products (embroidery, marking, etc.)
